1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Digital products, such as subscriptions, are non-refundable but may be eligible for a credit or exchange under certain circumstances.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods, including any food-related items.

Customized or personalized products.

Sale or clearance items.

3. Process for Returns

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at sales@palettesynthi.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return your item.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

4. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

A restocking fee of 30% of the item’s total (excluding taxes) will be applied to eligible returns.

Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in less-than-perfect condition, overused, or at the company’s discretion.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at sales@palettesynthi.com.

6. Digital Content

For issues with digital subscriptions or content, please contact our support team at support@palettesynthi.com. We will work with you to resolve any problems and ensure you have access to the content you purchased.

7. Gift Returns

Gift returns are accepted with a valid gift receipt. The gift receipt must be provided when returning the item.

8. International Shipping

We do not ship internationally at this time.
